Abstract

The present invention provides an article anal method for supplementing scalp hair. The article includes a body having at least one aperture formed therethrough and a plurality of fibers.

Each fiber is threaded through an aperture and around the body.
Scalp hair is threaded through a body aperture and body position adjacent the scalp. Crimping of the body secures the article to the scalp hair.

Claims (21)

1. A supplemental hair attachment article for attaching a plurality of supplemental hair fibers to a plurality of scalp hairs, comprising:
a body having an aperture formed therethrough; and a plurality supplemental hair fibers, each fiber threaded through said aperture and around said body.
2. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said fibers are tied to secure them to said body.
3. The article according to Claim 2, wherein each of said fibers is tied to itself.
4. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said body is fabricated from body compatible material.
5. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said fibers are glued to said body.
6. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said fibers are fabricated from nylon material.
7. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said body is constructed and arranged to be crimped to a plurality of scalp hair fibers threaded through said aperture.
8. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said body is cylindrical.
9. The article according to Claim 1, wherein silicone is applied to said body to cushion fibers within said aperture.
10. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said fibers are each individually knotted onto said body.
11. The article according to Claim 1, wherein said fibers are individually tied to said body by looping each fiber through said aperture and tying said fiber to itself.
12. A method for fabricating a supplemental hair attachment article for attachment of a plurality of supplemental hair fibers to a plurality of scalp hairs, the steps of the method comprising;
providing a body having at least one aperture therethrough;
providing a plurality of supplemental hair fibers; and threading each of said fibers through one of said apertures and around said body.
13. The method according to Claim 12, further comprising the step of tying each fiber to itself.
14. The method according to Claim 12, further comprising the step of providing a silicone cushion for fibers within said aperture.
15. A method for applying a supplemental hair attachment article to a plurality of scalp hairs, the steps of the method comprising;
providing an article having a body with at least one aperture therethrough and having a plurality of supplemental hair fibers attached to said body;
threading a plurality of scalp hairs through at least one of said apertures;
sliding said article along said scalp hair to a location adjacent the scalp; and affixing said article to said scalp hair.
16. The method according to Claim 15, wherein said step of affixing comprises the step of crimping said body to said scalp hair.
17. A fiber attachment article, comprising:
a cable having at least one body attached thereon, each body having at least one aperture formed therethrough; and a plurality supplemental hair fibers attached to said cable.
18. The article according to Claim 17, further comprising tie means threaded through an aperture of said body to attach the body to said cable.
19. The article according to Claim 17, wherein said cable is threaded through an apertures of said body.
20. The article according to Claim 17, wherein said article has a.t least two bodies spaced apart from each other along said cable.
21. The article according to Claim 20, wherein said article has a plurality of supplemental hair fibers attached to said cable, between said bodies.
