Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a outfit which, as the upper layer, has a structure made of knitted fabric which is adapted to the shape of the head, and which has an edge zone, e.g. consisting of foil and / or fabric, with hair attached between the top and bottom layers that protrude forward from the outfit.

Such a kit is e.g. described in DE 31 26 613. In this embodiment, there are hairs that protrude forward from the mount and upwards at the same time. The edge zone is particularly reinforced there and is designed to be stable against stretching.

The object of the invention is to propose a method which allows, regardless of how a toupee upper and lower layer are formed, to attach protruding hair to the front in accordance with the new method in such a way that a completely new form of toupee is created. This toupee is so natural that if e.g. Wind hits the toupee carrier from the front, no outer edges of the top and / or bottom layer or the gear are recognizable. The hair protruding towards the front is attached and fastened in such a way that it can be attached to a wide variety of locations with very different densities, possibly also color, regardless of the upstanding hair, which is intended to imitate normal hair growth.

The solution to the problem according to the invention is that first the hair projecting forward is connected from below to the upper layer. This upper layer, from which the hair of the toupette protrudes, also serves to fasten protruding hair from the bottom to the front. These protruding hairs are independent of the protruding hairs. They are also attached independently of these hairs, e.g. by gluing, by sewing, by welding, or by a combination of these known processes. This is so: Hair 5 attached to the underside 16 of the top layer 2 is then provided with an adhesive point. A two-component adhesive or other methods can be used for this adhesive point. This glue point can be a liquid film that hardens, or it can be a firm glue point in the form of a film or a fabric, this glue point simultaneously forming the edge zone 4 or the lower layer 3. While the upper side 17 connects this lower layer to the hair 5 which has been connected to the lower side 16 of the upper layer 2, the outer side 18 of the lower layer is expediently designed as an adhesive point 19 for the scalp, i.e. a material is used on which toupee plasters, liquid glue and the like adhere. This in turn ensures that lifting of the outer edge 12 of the mount or outer edge 13 of the lower layer from the scalp 20 is avoided precisely in the critical area.

However, the method can also be carried out in a different order, namely that it is then carried out in such a chronological order that the hairs 5 projecting forward first from above 17 onto an underlayer 2, for example formed by a film and / or one Tissue, are applied, for example by sewing, gluing, welding, etc., and in a further operation the edge zone 4 is connected to the underside 3 of the assembly 1, for example by sewing, gluing, welding, etc., and the outside 18 of the lower layer 3 or edge zone 4 is simultaneously formed as an adhesive point 19 for connection to the scalp.

With this method you can use pre-made edge strips on which the hair that will later protrude forward is already attached. These edge strips, which are particularly suitable for forming adhesive spots with the scalp, are then attached in a separate operation to the underside of the upper layer by methods known per se, such as sewing, gluing, welding or a combination of these known methods.

There are different ways of training the hairline. One possibility according to the invention is that the lower layer 3 designed as an adhesive point 19 is flush at the front 13 at least in the face area 15 with the outer edge 12 of the assembly. In this embodiment, which is particularly useful in the case of dense hair growth, the outer edge of the outfit is reinforced by the outer edge of the lower layer.

But you can also form this transition stepwise by either the lower layer 3 projects beyond the outer edge 12 of the mount at least in the facial area 15, or the outer edge 12 of the structure at least in the facial area 15 projects beyond the outer edge of the lower layer. In these versions, the outer edge of the outfit runs very flat with the scalp or almost invisibly because a step is still being formed. Man has it in hand, of course, instead of forming one step and several steps and providing several under layers with hair, which, when formed like a film, make the hairline very dense when placed on top of each other.

Embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. Further features of the invention are evident from the drawings of this description.
  • FIG. 1 schematically shows a view of an assembly for a hairpiece according to the invention seen from below, ie into the assembly.
  • Figure 2 shows schematically the side view of a pad adapted to the shape of the head, with the fitting attached and welded-on hair.
  • FIG. 3 shows a detail of the edge zone in the facial area, the upper and lower layers being flush with one another. Here, the hair is first attached to the underlayer.
  • Figure 4 corresponds to Figure 3. The hair is first attached to the top layer.
  • FIG. 5 shows the protrusion of the lower layer compared to the upper layer.
  • Figure 6 shows the protrusion of the upper layer compared to the lower layer.

In Figure 1, the assembly 1 is shown schematically. The outfit 1 is formed by an upper layer 2, from which hair 6 protrudes in a manner known per se, that mimic natural hair growth. There is also an underlayer 3. This lower layer 3 expediently has an edge zone 4 in the face region 15. Hair 5 projects forward in a manner known per se between upper layer 2 and lower layer 3. The manufacture of such outfits with protruding hair is now considerably simplified, cheaper and designed to be true to nature if the protruding hair is fastened accordingly in accordance with the invention. These hairs 5 are independent in color, density and arrangement of the hairs 6 projecting upwards. In FIG. 3, the hair projecting forward is first applied to the underlayer 3. This hair can be a synthetic hair, a natural hair or a mixture of both hairs. This lower layer 3 can be a prefabricated film; this hair can also be embedded in a liquid film, in particular a nylon film, in which the hair is then attached. If necessary, another film can be applied to this nylon film on the outside 18 of this underlayer, which can be used as an adhesive site for the scalp, for example has good adhesion with respect to toupee plasters. The nylon film itself can also do this job. It is essential that the top of this nylon film or this glue can be easily connected to the bottom of the top layer. This connection can be made under heat / pressure with ultrasonic welding or the like. Electrostatic flocking is also possible, depending on the use of glue.

The reverse process is then present in FIG. 4, namely the hair 5 projecting towards the front is first covered with the underside 16 of the top layer 2 connected, the underlayer then again forming the glue point with which these hairs are fixed. This fastening of the hair means that it is fastened so elastically that it has a natural behavior, that is to say it is elastically glued, so that it does not break off or only breaks off with great difficulty when it is mechanically stressed.

Figures 4 and 5 then show possible overlaps of the upper layer with the lower layer and vice versa. In Figure 3, the glue point 7 is shown for the protruding hair. The reference lines 8 and 16 show the underside of the top layer, the reference lines 9 and 17 show the bottom layer from above, and the top of the bottom layer. The lower layer 3 then merges into the underside 10 of the outfit, which rests on the scalp 11. The outer edge 12 of the assembly can be arranged offset with respect to the outer edge 13 of the lower layer, as can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5. In any case, the transition from the mount to the head shape 14 is practically invisible if the outside 18 of the lower layer 3 is correspondingly graduated from the upper layer 2. The outside of the underlayer can at the same time be designed as an adhesive point 19 with the scalp.
