Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte un cône (2) divisible en deux parties (3,4) présentant un sommet sur lequel est enfilé une attache (1), un tube (1') et une base circulaire. On retire alors la partie incluant la base circulaire du cône, puis on insère un crochet (7) serti à l'anneau (8) sur lequel on fixe le bijou, ou l'ornement de cheveux dans l'attache.
