Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a hairstyling device and, more particularly, to a hairstyling device including a flexible hollow main body having meshes or cellular through-holes. The hairstyling device can be wound to form a ring-shaped hair tie and is further capable of being used with hairpins to create various hairstyles.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- The existing hair accessories for hairstyling generally include hair bands, elastic hair ties, or other accessories with elastic band. The feature of the existing hair accessories is only for holding hair bundles and fails to make special hairstyles. Further, when the existing hair accessories are used with other hair accessories, the resultant hairstyles look untidy. Therefore, the existing single hair accessory cannot be flexibly applied to any hairstyles and has only the single feature that can be used; the foregoing is a major shortcoming and deficiency of the conventional hair accessories for hairstyling.
- Therefore, it is an objective of the present invention to overcome the aforementioned shortcoming and deficiency of the prior art by providing a hairstyling device with multiple hair setting features, wherein the hairstyling device is capable of winding to form a ring-shaped hair tie. Further the hairstyling device can also be used as a hair volumizer or be used with hairpins to make special hairstyles.
- A hairstyling device of the present invention includes a flexible hollow main body. The main body includes a plurality of cellular through-holes or meshes in a peripheral wall of the main body. The main body further includes a central hole extending through a center of the main body in an axial direction and allowing to be expanded for insertion of a hair of a user. The main body further includes first and second ends spaced in the axial direction. The first end and/or the second end of the main body can be wound towards the central hole in the axial direction to form a ring-shaped hair tie.
- Preferably, the main body is made of soft and elastic cloth or knitting thread material.
- In a preferred form, the hairstyling device of the present invention further includes at least one hairpin. The hairpin can be inserted into one of the plurality of cellular through-holes or meshes of the main body to fasten the hair of the user in place.
- The present invention will become clearer in light of the following detailed description of illustrative embodiments of this invention described in connection with the drawings.
- The illustrative embodiments may best be described by reference to the accompanying drawings where:
