Abstract

The present invention relates to a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller, which includes a wig, a first band disposed ahead of the wig, a plurality of wig fixing parts each adapted to fix the wig, a binding part having an edge portion in the shape of a general oval and adapted to bind each of the plurality of wig fixing parts, a rubber band disposed on the middle portion of the binding part towards the lower portion thereof in such a manner as to be extended when it is pulled down, four hairpins spaced apart from each other by a certain interval on the binding part, a lace part formed on the part of the binding part, an elastic connecting band for fixing the lace part and the wig fixing parts and applying a flexible force, and a plurality of bleached and perfumed hair attached on the plurality of wig fixing parts or the elastic connecting band to provide a predetermined perfume.

Description

BAND WIG HAVING FUNCTIONS TO PERFUME AND MAKE USER APPEAR TALLER

Technical Field The present invention relates to a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller, and more particularly, to a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller that is capable of covering a spot of baldness of his or her head by the arrangement with his or her genuine hair on the head to make him or her wear it in more pleasant conditions, providing a hairstyle having an appropriate volume to make him or her look taller, and emitting a fragrance therefrom to make him or her feel so refreshed.

Background Art

A depilatory disease refers to a disease in which the hair of a person falls out abnormally or by various reasons. A normal person has about 100,000 hairs on his or her head. 85 to 90 % of them are grown in a period of growth and 10 to 15 % are grown in a period of dormancy. The hair grows, on average, by 0.35 mm per day because the hairs in the period of dormancy fall out. While a person keeps healthy hair cycle by the supply of nutrition, hormone, temperature, light, and so on, they lost their hairs by 50 to 60 per day. Of course, the hairs that has fell out are replaced with new ones. In some cases, however, the number of hairs falling out is less than that newly growing, which makes him or her bald.

This phenomenon is medically called 'depilation'. The depilation is caused by various sources such as the trouble in the circulation of the blood by spiritual stress, excessive secretion of male hormone, seborrheic dermatitis, and hereditary nature. Many people have got the trouble with being baldy, so they lose their competence in their social life and get to have serious stresses. To help them remove their trouble, there are provided various kinds of medicines and wigs.

However, most of the medicines make the processing of the depilation somewhat delayed but fail to completely heal the depilation disease. Besides, a way of planting hairs on the head by an operation is too expensive to be carried out for ordinary people.

So they have used wigs that are not expensive and have no adverse reaction thereof such that they can cover the spot of baldness. Like this, conventional wigs are attached on the part where the loss of hairs occurs to fully hide the part, thereby making a user feel better when he or she works. In addition, however, wigs having various hairstyles have recently been used to make a user look nice.

In particular, women want to wear a wig having a desired hairstyle at the time when it is difficult to have the hairstyle due to the lack of the amount of hair on their head, even though they don't have any depilation disease.

However, a wig, which is conventionally used to make a user look great, is adapted to compensate for the loss of the hair and to simply serve as a kind of accessory for making her hairstyle look more beautiful. Therefore, there is a need for the presence of a wig with various functions that is capable of making a user look taller or giving a perfume.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve the above-described problems, there is provided the present invention which is an improvement of Korean Utility Model Registration No. 2001-2646 entitled "Wig having functions of giving perfume and making user look taller" which is an earlier application ofthe present invention. An object of the present invention is to provide a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller, which can be easily attached to her hair by the natural arrangement with her genuine hair on the head so that she wears it more pleasantly, provide a desired hairstyle having an appropriate volume to her so that she appears taller, and express various desired hairstyles by herself and emit her favorite perfume therefrom so that she feels so refreshed.

To accomplish this and other objects of the present invention, there is provided a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller, which includes a wig, a first band disposed ahead of the wig, a plurality of wig fixing parts each adapted to fix the wig, a binding part having an edge portion in the shape of a general oval and adapted to bind each of the plurality of wig fixing parts, a rubber band disposed on the middle portion of the binding part toward the lower portion thereof in such a manner as to be extended when it is pulled down, at least four hairpins spaced apart from each other by a certain interval on the binding part, a lace part formed on the part of the binding part, an elastic connecting band for fixing the lace part and the wig fixing parts and applying a flexible force, and a plurality of bleached and perfumed hair attached on the plurality of wig fixing parts or the elastic connecting band to provide a predetermined perfume, each of which is provided with a predetermined amount of second wig and a second wig hairpin on which a perfume bag is attached, the perfume bag taking the shape of seeds or flowers.

The first band is disposed on the upper portion of the binding part of the wig, and the plurality of wig fixing parts on which the first wig is planted thickly, such that the binding part is formed with the plurality of wig fixing parts taken in the shape of a head. Each of the bleached and perfumed hair is provided with the second wig hairpin, the perfume bag having shapes such as seeds or flowers in which a user's favorite shampoo fragrance or perfume is put, and the second wig having different color from the first wig to make her look unique. Each of the bleached and perfumed hair is then fixed on the wig fixing parts or the elastic connecting band.

According to the present invention, the plurality of wig fixing parts have the shape of a general oval or round to correspond with the shape ofthe head and are arranged up and down at predetermined intervals, which is bound with the binding part on which the rubber band is formed in the middle portion toward the lower portion thereof. The inside ofthe binding part is decorated with lace, and there are attached two through five elastic connecting bands (preferably three bands) on the center where the wig fixing parts are formed in up and down directions to thereby apply a flexible force, which makes it possible to be elastic according to the size of the head of a user. In addition, there are provided the four hairpins spaced apart from each other by a certain interval in the inside ofthe binding part for attaching on the genuine hair of the user, and the plurality of second hairpins on which the predetermined amount of hair and the perfume bag are attached are formed on the wig fixing parts, such that they serve to arrange the predetermined amount of hair with the first wig in a natural manner. The wig of the present invention includes the first and second wigs.

The bleached and perfumed hair is a mini type of wig which is formed by several threads to give some points on the user' hair, so it is different from the conventional wig for covering the whole of her head. This is generally fixed on predetermined parts of her hair to make her look unique and treated to have various colors on its surface by using fluorescent, luminous, and luminight pigments. The perfume bag talces various shapes such as a seed, flower, or heart, and can be used for short and long hair, which provides a natural, unique hairstyle to her. In case where it is used for long hair, especially, it is simply fixed on the predetermined parts of hair to have various hairstyles, and the number of the bleached and perfumed hair can be increased or decreased according to her intention.

She can have the desired color point on her hair by just using the hairpin for herself at her home, without any coloring of some parts of her hair at a beauty shop, which allows her to save the expense to be paid at the beauty shop and makes her look great.

As described above, if the band wig of the present invention is used, she can have various hairstyles for herself, without any help of other people. Also, the band wig of the present invention is well arranged with her natural hair, which makes her feel comfortable such that nobody knows if she is wearing the wig.

Now, an explanation ofthe preferred embodiment ofthe present invention will be described with reference to accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, there is provided a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller which includes a wig, a first band 1 disposed ahead of the wig, a plurality of wig fixing parts 2 each adapted to fix the wig, a binding part 3 having an edge portion in the shape of a general oval and adapted to bind each of the plurality of wig fixing parts 2, a rubber band 11 disposed on the middle portion of the binding part 3 toward the lower portion thereof in such a manner as to be extended when it is pulled down, four hairpins 4 spaced apart from each other by a certain interval on the binding part 3, a lace part 5 formed on the part of the binding part 3, an elastic connecting band 6 for fixing the lace part 5 and the wig fixing parts 2 and applying a flexible force, and a plurality of bleached and perfumed hair 100 (See FIG. 4) attached on the plurality of wig fixing parts 2 or the elastic connecting band 6 to provide a predetermined perfume, each of he bleached and perfumed hair being provided with a predetermined amount of second wig 9 and a second wig hairpin 7 on which a perfume bag 8 is attached such that each of the bleached and perfumed hair is fixed thereon by virtue of the second wig hairpin 7, the perfume bag 8 taking the shape of seeds or flowers.

FIG. 3 shows the wig fixing part 2 on which the first wig 10 is thickly planted. The plurality of wig fixing parts 2 have the shape of a head to thereby form the binding part 3, and the perfume bag 8 is adapted to be attached to the second wig hairpin 7 to thereby emit a user's desired perfume. And, the second wig 9 has different color from the first wig 10 to thereby make the user's hairstyle unique. It is also preferable that the upper portion of the wig fixing parts 2, the binding part 3 and the lace part 5 are ventilated well. That is to say, if they are designed well ventilated, it is possible that they have any shape.

Desirably, they have the same color as the gauze 10, and the upper portion of the wig fixing parts 2 is fully covered with the wig having an appropriate volume. At this time, the wig is disposed upwards such that it is structured to fell downwards by sewing. Therefore, the front portion thereof stands upwards to have the appropriate volume.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show the bleached and perfumed hair 100, which is a mini type of wig which includes the second wig 9 and 29 having different colors by using fluorescent, luminous, and luminight pigments, the second wig hairpin 7 and 24 with the second wig 9 and 29 fixed on the upper portion thereof, and the perfume bag 8 and 28 connected on the lower portion ofthe second wig hairpin 7 and 24.

FIG. 6 shows the band wig of the present invention according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the band wig includes the gauze 10, the plurality of wig hairs fixed on the upper surface of the gauze 10 to cover the whole of the gauze 10 and having the front portion standing upward with a predetermined volume, a band 12 disposed on the binding part ofthe gauze 10 and when it is pulled out, making the gauze 10 contracted thus to protrude the upper portion of the plurality of wig hairs 20, which makes a user wearing the band wig look taller, hairpin fixing parts 30 formed on the four sides of the gauze 10, respectively, a hairpin 32 formed on each of the hairpin fixing parts 30, and a piece of cloth 14 inserted into the gauze 10 and the plurality of wig hairs 20 and containing a perfume therein. A way of fixing the wig is carried out by binding or sewing with the wig fixing parts 2 and the second wig hairpin 7 by using threads, and at this time, the wig should be firmly fixed, without any separation or movement. And, the wig may have the straight hairstyle or curly hairstyle according to the preference the user has. The perfume bag 8 contains her favorite shampoo fragrance or perfume therein. Preferably, on the whole of wig are mounted the four hairpins 4 that are disposed on the binding part 3.

Hereinafter, an explanation of methods of using the band wig according to the preferred embodiments ofthe present invention will be given. The band wig according to the present invention which is provided with the plurality of wig fixing parts 2 is first placed on a user's head, and it is fixed by using the first band 1 or the hairpins 4 on the binding part 3, or both of them. And, the second wig hairpin 7 on which the second wig 9 and the perfume bag 8 are attached is fixed on the wig fixing parts 2. As another method, in the state where the hairpin 32 of the hairpin fixing part 30 is inserted into the user's hair the wig hair is arranged between the hair and then attached thereon to cover the spot of depilation with a result that the portion where the loss of hairs occurs can be hidden. When the band 12 on the edge of the gauze 10 is pulled out, the gauze 10 is contracted such that the wig hairs 20 planted on the gauze 10 are squeezed to rise upwards and thus the upper portion of the wig hairs 20 has an appropriate volume, thereby making her look taller or nice.

In case of using the perfumed and bleached hair, the perfume she likes is sprayed onto the perfume bag 8 that is formed on the lower portion of the second wig hairpin 7, and the second wig 9 is fixed on the hair on her desired position on the head by using the second wig hairpin 7. Then, she just arranges her hair to have her desired hairstyle.

In this case, the perfume bag 8 is wearing or sprayed with the shampoo fragrance or perfumes she likes. Now, a case where the band wig ofthe present invention is used for a user with bobbed hair will be described. When she with bobbed hair is not wearing the band wig of the present invention, maybe she does not look very attractive because of a plain hair color. When she wears the band wig of the present invention, however, she really looks unique and attractive by just brushing her hair, with the help of her different hair color. Like this, the band wig of the present invention is attached on her genuine hair to cover the spot of depilation or the loss of her hair as she gets older and older. Besides, it allows her to have her desired hairstyle and gives her an appropriate volume of hair, which makes her look taller. When the band wig ofthe present invention is not used, she arranges her hair well but the crown of her head is somewhat depressed, which may make her unpleasant. When she wears the band wig ofthe present invention, however, she has got the crown of her head having an appropriate volume even at the time when she just brushes her hair, which makes her look more beautiful. Especially, in case of wearing elegant or traditional suits, the appropriate volume of the crown of her head is necessarily needed for making her look graceful. In addition, wearing the band wig of the present invention makes her look taller by about 3 to 5 cm, which gets rid ofthe stresses small women have.

On the other hand, the band wig of the present invention is used for her with short hair, the effects are the same as mentioned above. In particular, she who has lost her hair on the crown of her head as she gets old will be satisfied with the band wig of the present invention, since she looks nice while she is wearing it. Of course, the band wig ofthe present invention is used for her with long hair, the effects are the same as mentioned above. In particular, when she raises her hair and fixes it, she has various hairstyles with ease. When she wants to look taller, also, she just adjusts and arranges her long hair according to her desired hairstyles. In this case, since the band wig of the present invention has the large volume of front portion thereon she has a hairstyle where all her hair binds and fixed on the back of her head. As a result, she has got to have the back and crown of her head having an appropriate volume. Hence, she can have the above-mentioned hairstyle by just using hairpins for herself, without going to a beauty shop. This enables the expense to be consumed at the beauty shop to be saved and further permits her to have various hairstyles at any time. Additionally, the band wig of the present invention is arranged with her genuine hair in a natural manner, such that she does not feel something uncomfortable and nobody can know whether she is wearing the band wig.

Industrial applicability

As set forth in the foregoing, there is provided a band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller that has the following advantages: it makes the shape of a generally flat head look round like Westerners, such that a user has an appropriate volume of hairstyle; it makes her look taller since it has an appropriate volume; it makes the spot of defilation fully covered; it makes her have various hairstyles for herself, without going to any beauty shop; and it gives her favorite smell from a piece of cloth or wig hair with cotton fibers, which makes her always refreshed.

While the present invention has been described with reference to a few specific embodiments, the description is illustrative of the invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention. Various modifications may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims

What Is Claimed Is:

1. A band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller, said band wig comprising: a wig; a first band (1) disposed ahead ofthe wig; a plurality of wig fixing parts (2) each adapted to fix the wig; a binding part (3) having an edge portion in the shape of a general oval and adapted to bind each of the plurality of wig fixing parts (2); a rubber band (11) disposed on the middle portion of the binding part (3) toward the lower portion thereof in such a manner as to be extended when it is pulled down; at least four hairpins (4) spaced apart from each other by a certain interval on the binding part (3); a lace part (5) formed on a part of the binding part (3); an elastic connecting band (6) for fixing the lace part (5) and the wig fixing parts (2) and applying a flexible force thereto; and a plurality of bleached and perfumed hairs (100) attached on the plurality of wig fixing parts (2) or the elastic connecting band (6) to emit a predetermined perfume therefrom.

2. The band wig according to claim 1, wherein the first band (1) is disposed on the upper portion ofthe binding part (3) ofthe wig.

3. The band wig according to claim 1, wherein each of the wig fixing parts (2) on which the first wig (10) is thickly planted, and the plurality of wig fixing parts (2) have the shape of a head to thereby form the binding part (3).

4. The band wig according to claim 1, wherein each of the perfumed and bleached hair (100) comprises a predetermined amount of second wig (9) and a second wig hairpin (7) on which a perfume bag (8) is attached such that it is fixed thereon by virtue ofthe second wig hairpin (7).

5. The band wig according to claim 1, wherein each of the perfumed and bleached hair (100) comprises a second wig (29) having different colors by using fluorescent, luminous, and luminight pigments, a second wig hairpin (24) with the second wig (29) fixed on the upper portion thereof, and a perfume bag (28) connected on the lower portion ofthe second wig hairpin (24).

A band wig having functions of perfuming and making a user appear taller, said band wig comprising: a gauze (10); a plurality of wig hairs (20) fixed on the upper surface of the gauze (10) to cover the whole of the gauze (10) and having the front portion standing upward with a predetermined volume; a band (12) disposed on the binding part of the gauze (10) and if it is pulled out, making the gauze (10) contracted thus to protrude the upper portion ofthe plurality of wig hairs (20), which makes a user wearing the band wig look taller; hairpin fixing parts (30) formed on the four sides of the gauze (10), respectively; a hairpin (32) formed on each of the hairpin fixing parts (30); and a piece of cloth (14) inserted into the gauze (10) and the plurality of wig hairs (20) and containing a predetermined perfume therein.
