Abstract

Lock of hair formed of one or several hair filaments (2) onto which means are provided at one far end to fix said lock of hair (1) to other hair (5), characterised in that the above-mentioned means are formed of a strip (4) made of synthetic material which partly weakens when being heated and whereby the above-mentioned strip (4), in an unstressed condition, forms a tube (8) that is cut through lengthwise, whereby the longitudinal far ends (9) overlap.
