Cette invention est fondée sur l'application à une partie d'extrémité d'au moins un cheveu de donneur d'une substance collante, sur la disposition d'un cheveu de donneur à l'intérieur d'un élément de fixation creux fabriqué d'un matériau polymère conjointement à au moins un cheveu naturel et la compression et/ou le réchauffement de l'élément de fixation. Le cheveu naturel est fixé à l'intérieur d'un élément de fixation creux, sans courbures ni torsades. La substance collante appliquée à la surface du cheveu donneur naturel se présente comme un matériau à base de latex.
