Abstract

The invention relates to a wig system (P) comprising a temperature control accessory (A) configured to be arranged under said wig when same is placed on the wearer's scalp, and in which: the wig (P) includes a body (1) defined by a perimeter (10) and having a shape that matches the shape of the skull of the wearer, hair being affixed to said body, the accessory (A) being installed between said body and said scalp; the control accessory (A) is in the form of a flexible skull cap (2) defined by a perimeter (20) having a shape that matches the shape of the skull of the wearer; the skull cap (2) is detachable from the body (1) of the wig (P), said skull cap including an inner surface which comes in contact with the skull of the wearer and an outer surface opposite said inner surface, characterized by the fact that: the perimeter (20) of the skull cap (2) is smaller than that of the body (1) of the wig (P), at least the inner surface of the skull cap (2) is produced from an absorbent material intended to be humidified before said skull cap is placed on said scalp, and at least the outer surface of the skull cap (2) is skin colored.

Description

Technical Field of the Invention The subject of the invention is a wig system comprising an accessory for regulating the temperature. It also relates to an accessory and a method for regulating the temperature under a wig.

The invention relates to the general technical field of wigs worn by humans, and more particularly that of accessories for regulating the temperature of the scalp when a wig is worn.

State of the art

Wigs are well known in the prior art. They may be worn for fashion reasons, for aesthetic or professional reasons or to comply with cultural or religious requirements. Wigs can also be worn to hide hair loss, especially after medical treatments such as chemotherapy.

Wigs have the disadvantage of excessively heating the scalp of the wearer during the summer and / or in case of high ambient heat. To overcome this, there are accessories regulating the temperature configured to fit under the wig when installed on the wearer's scalp.

For example, patent document AU 722661 (BUNTER) discloses a temperature control device comprising heating / cooling gel bags arranged between the body of the wig and the scalp of the wearer. When the gel is no longer active, the wearer must return home to remove the pockets of the wig and place them in a refrigerator or oven to cool or heat the gel. This regulating device is therefore effective only during the short period when the gel is active.

KR patent documents 100894715 (FAJIN COSMETICS) or KR

20100051 144 (CHO YOUNG SOO) teach to use a phase change material to regulate the temperature under a wig. It is easily understood that a wig that incorporates such a control device is very complex to manufacture and certainly very expensive.

Patent EP 0,476,132 (MASAKATSU) also discloses a wig comprising a central thread made of carbon fibers. These fibers have the particularity of being highly heat-conducting, which makes it possible to cool the scalp. Such fibers are however fragile so that this type of wig is suitable only for relatively careful wearers.

Patent EP 2,027,785 (ADERANS HOLDINGS) relates to a moisture-permeable material for wigs, preventing the drowsiness when wearing a wig. This material has a three-layer structure comprising a porous polyurethane used as a core material, a mesh layer of a synthetic fiber or a natural fiber which is located on the side of the central material which will be in contact with the head. and a fiber layer made of a synthetic fiber or natural fiber for planting artificial hair or natural hair that is laminated on the other side of the core material. In practice, the results obtained are not optimal.

The main objective of the invention is to remedy this state of affairs. In particular, an object of the invention is to propose a regulating accessory temperature that can play its role effectively over a long period, so that the wearer of the wig does not have to return home to "reactivate".

Another object of the invention is to provide a temperature control accessory that is very easy to manufacture, inexpensive, very easy to use and that does not fear to be manipulated.

Another object of the invention is to provide a temperature control accessory that is completely unsuspected when installed under the wig.

Disclosure of the invention.

The solution proposed by the invention is a wig system, for example of the type described in document AU 722661 (BUNTER) supra, and comprising a temperature regulating accessory configured to fit under said wig when it is installed. on the wearer's scalp, and wherein:

- The wig comprises a body defined by a periphery and having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer, hair being fixed on said body, the accessory being installed between said body and said scalp,

the regulating accessory is in the form of a flexible cap delimited by a periphery having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer,

- The cap is removable relative to the body of the wig, said cap comprising an inner face intended to be in contact with the scalp of the wearer and an outer face opposite to said inner face.

This system is remarkable in that:

- The circumference of the cap is smaller than that of the body of the wig, - at least the inner face of the cap is made of absorbent material to be moistened before said cap is installed on said scalp, at least the outer face of the cap is flesh-colored.

The wearer now has at his disposal a comfort accessory that is very easy to use. Indeed, when it is too hot, it is enough that the carrier goes to a public or private water point (toilets, bathrooms, fountains, ...), to humidify the cap, and to replace it under his wig. The wearer therefore no longer needs to return home to "reactivate", humidification of the cap can be done quickly, discreetly and at will, for example by going to the bathroom of a restaurant. The Applicant has found that the sensation of refreshment appears almost instantaneously as soon as the moistened cap is put back directly on the scalp. In addition, since the cap is completely separable from the wig, its handling is much easier. In addition, since the dimensions of the cap are smaller than those of the body of the wig, and the material of said cap is flesh-colored, this new comfort accessory is completely unsuspected when placed under the wig .

Other remarkable features of the system which is the subject of the invention are listed below, each of these characteristics being able to be considered alone or in combination, independently of the remarkable characteristics defined above:

- The cap may be generally oblong, the periphery of said cap having two symmetrical concave portions connected by two circular portions of ends.

- In an alternative embodiment, the cap is generally pear-shaped, the periphery of said cap having two symmetrical concave portions connected by two circular end portions, said circular portions being of different size.

Whatever the design of the cap, one of its circular end portions is advantageously configured to cover part of the nape of the wearer. - One of the circular end portions of the cap is also preferably configured to cover a portion of the top of the skull of the wearer.

Advantageously, the inner face and / or the outer face (that is to say either said inner face, or both said faces) of the cap is made of a material based on microfibers comprising between 60% and 90% of polyester and between 10% and 40% of polyamide.

In an alternative embodiment, the inner face and / or the outer face of the cap may be made of a material chosen from the following family: bamboo fibers, sponge, cotton.

- Topstitching is advantageously performed on the periphery of the cap to prevent fraying of the material constituting said cap.

- Removable connecting means are preferably provided between the cap and the body of the wig.

Another aspect of the invention relates to an accessory for regulating the temperature under a wig, said accessory being in the form of a removable flexible cap delimited by a periphery having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer, said cap comprising an inner face and an outer face opposite to said inner face, at least said inner face being made of absorbent material to be moistened, and at least said outer face being flesh-colored.

Yet another aspect of the invention relates to a method for regulating temperature under a wig comprising a body delimited by a circumference and having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer, hair being fixed on said body, said method comprising the steps of:

removing the wig from the scalp of said wearer,

- Wet the accessory according to one of the preceding technical characteristics, by soaking liquid the cap and optionally by squeezing it,

placing said moist cap on the scalp of said wearer, - Reinstall the wig on the scalp of said carrier, above said hunnide cap, so that said cap does not exceed the body of said wig.

Preferred embodiments of the invention The invention provides a temperature control accessory that is configured to fit under a wig when the wig is installed on the scalp of the wearer.

Referring to Figure 1, the wig P has a body 1 delimited by a periphery 10. The body 1 is designed to fit the shape of the skull of the wearer. The body 1 is for example made of fabric or is in the form of net. The body 1 has an internal face intended to come into contact with the leather hair of the wearer and an external face on which are fixed fake synthetic or natural hair. The periphery 10 is advantageously made of extensible material, elastane type, to easily adapt to the shape and dimensions of the skull. To effectively maintain the wig P on the scalp, the body 1 and / or the periphery 10 may comprise fixing means, for example of the type anti-slip rubberized pads disposed on the inner face of said body and / or said periphery which is in contact with said scalp. The design of the wig P will not be described in more detail because it is well known to those skilled in the art. In addition, the use of the accessory object of the invention is not specific to a particular type of wig, but fits on the contrary with any model, which makes its use universal.

Referring to Figure 1, this regulating accessory A is in the form of a cap 2 which is flexible and which is defined by a periphery 20 having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer. The periphery 20 is smaller than the periphery 10 of the body 1 of the wig P. In this way, when the system object of the invention is installed on the wearer's head, the cap 2 does not protrude from the wig P, as this is clearly shown in Figure 2.

The cap 2 is removable relative to the body 1 of the wig P. The cap 2 can therefore be handled completely independently of the wig P. In practice, there is no means of connection between the cap 2 and the body 1 , although removable connection means of the Velcro® type, hooks, or snaps, can be provided between these two elements.

As clearly shown in Figure 4, the cap 2 comprises an inner face 21 intended to be in contact with the scalp of the wearer and an outer face 22 opposite to said inner face. At least the outer face 22 (which is visible when the cap is installed on the wearer's scalp) is made of a flesh-colored material. The two faces 21, 22 may of course be tinted. This shade can be more or less dark to suit any type of nobody. The use of such a shade makes the cap 2 completely invisible when installed under the wig. And even if the body 1 is in the form of a net and it is possible to even through, the cap 2 is totally unsuspected. In practice, the two faces 21, 22 of the cap 2 are stained by a dyeing process in which a water insoluble dye is used.

The material of the cap 2 is absorbent so that it can be moistened before said cap is installed on the wearer's scalp. The inner 21 and outer 22 faces of the cap 2 may be made of absorbent material, so that the said two faces can indifferently be in contact with the scalp. This simplifies not only the manufacture of the cap 2, but also its use. However, it can be provided that only the inner face 21 is made of an absorbent material.

The absorbent material used is preferably based on microfibers comprising between 60% and 90% of polyester and between 10% and 40% of polyamide. This material has the advantage of being very light and able to absorb a relatively large amount of water. By "microfibres" is meant textile fibers whose linear density (or titre) is less than 1 g / 10Km and whose diameter is less than about 9 μηη. In practice, the percentage of microfibers is 70% to 95%. The absorbent material may however be different, and especially advantageously chosen from the following family: bamboo fibers, sponge, cotton.

The manufacturing process of the cap 2 is very simple. It suffices to cut it into a piece of material of which at least one of the faces 21, 22 is absorbent. With reference to FIGS. 3 and 5, topstitching 200 is advantageously made around the periphery 20 of the cap 2 to avoid fraying the material constituting said cap. According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the cap 2 is of generally oblong shape. The Applicant has found that this form avoids, or at least reduces, the formation of folds when the cap 2 is installed on the wearer's head.

Referring more particularly to the embodiment of Figure 3, the periphery 2 has two symmetrical concave portions 20A, 20B, connected by two circular end portions 20C, 20D. The two concave portions 20A and 20B are designed to leave completely free passage of the ears when the cap 2 is placed on the scalp of the wearer. These concave portions 20A, 20B may, however, have a particular curvature for covering a portion of the temples of the wearer (temporal part of the skull). One of the circular end portions, for example the portion 20C, is configured to cover part of the wearer's neck (occipital part of the skull). The other end circular portion 20D is itself configured to cover a portion of the cranium of the wearer's skull (parietal and frontal parts of the skull). In this embodiment, the two circular end portions 20C, 20D are of the same dimensions. With this particular design, the cap 2 can cover identically, that is to say with the same surface, the neck of the wearer and the top of his skull.

According to the embodiment of Figure 5, the cap 2 has a general shape pear. The shape of the periphery 20 is similar to that described above. It always has two symmetrical concave portions 20A, 20B connected by two circular end portions 20C, 20D. However, unlike the embodiment described in the previous paragraph, the two circular end portions 20C, 20D are of different size. In this way, the wearer has the opportunity to cover more either his neck or the top of his skull.

In another variant embodiment not shown, the cap 2 may be circular in shape, similar to a kippa (religious headgear worn especially during Jewish ceremony). Such a cap makes it possible to cover only a portion of the vertex of the skull of the wearer and in particular the parietal portion of the skull. The use of the accessory A object of the invention is very simple. In case of high heat, and when not at home, the wearer removes his wig from his scalp. This withdrawal can be done very discreetly, for example in the toilets of a restaurant. It then humidifies its accessory by soaking liquid cap 2, for example by passing under a trickle of tap water or by wetting it through a water bottle or a spray of water. The liquid used may optionally be composed of dermatologically acceptable essential oils and / or consists of an anti-irritating and soothing lotion. If necessary, the cap 2 is dewatered to prevent sagging. Just then the wearer to install the cap 2 wet on his scalp. Moistened, the cap fits perfectly on the scalp, without the need to provide any means of maintaining position. The wearer can then reinstall his wig, above the wet cap 2, so that said cap does not exceed the body 1 of said wig. All these operations can be performed at will, in seconds or minutes. And the refreshing effect is immediate.

The applicant has also been able to observe that in winter, when the cap 2 was not moistened, the accessory A kept the head of the wearer warm.

the regulating accessory (A) is in the form of a flexible cap (2) delimited by a periphery (20) having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer,

- The cap (2) is removable relative to the body (1) of the wig (P), said cap comprising an inner face (21) intended to be in contact with the scalp of the wearer and an outer face (22) opposite to said inner face, characterized by the fact that:

the circumference (20) of the cap (2) is smaller than that of the body (1) of the wig (P),

at least the inner face (21) of the cap (2) is made of an absorbent material intended to be moistened before said cap is installed on said scalp,

at least the outer face (22) of the cap (2) is flesh-colored.

2. A wig system according to claim 1, wherein the cap (2) is of generally oblong shape, the periphery (20) of said cap having two symmetrical concave portions (20A, 20B) connected by two circular end portions ( 20C, 20D).

4. A wig system according to one of claims 2 or 3, wherein one of the end circular portions (20C, 20D) of the cap (2) is configured to cover a portion of the nape of the wearer.

5. A wig system according to one of claims 2 to 4, wherein one of the end circular portions (20C, 20D) of the cap (2) is configured to cover a portion of the crest of the skull of the wearer.

6. Wig system according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the inner face (21) and / or the outer face (22) of the cap (2) is made of a microfiber material comprising between 60 % and 90% of polyester and between 10% and 40% of polyamide.

1. A method for controlling the temperature under a wig (P) comprising a body (1) delimited by a periphery (10) and having a shape adapted to the shape of the skull of the wearer, the hair being fixed on said body, said method comprising the steps of:

removing the wig (P) from the scalp of said wearer,

- Wet the accessory (A) according to claim 10, soaking liquid cap (2), then optionally by squeezing,

placing said moist cap on the scalp of said wearer,

- Reinstall said wig on the scalp of said wearer, above said wet cap, so that said cap does not exceed the body (1) of said wig.
