Claims (16)
- Ausdrückrolle, die einen in axialer Richtung verlaufenden Grundkörper (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Grundkörper (2) der Ausdrückrolle (1) mindestens ein in axialer Richtung helixartig verlaufendes Walkelement (4a, 4b) angeordnet ist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdrückrolle (1) mindestens zwei entgegengesetzt orientierte Walkelemente (4a, 4b) aufweist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Walkelemente (4a, 4b) zur Mitte (M) der Ausdrückrolle (1) hin orientiert angeordnet sind.
- Ausdrückrolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Walkelemente (4a, 4b) der Ausdrückrolle (1) im wesentlichen in axialer Richtung gleich lang ausgebildet sind.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdrückrolle (1) mindestens ein Paar von Walkelementen (4a, 4b) aufweist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Walkelement (4a, 4b) stegförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei in axialer Richtung aufeinanderfolgenden Windungen (4a', 4b') mindestens eines Walkelements (4a, 4b) eine Vertiefung (7) angeordnet ist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einem Ende (1', 1") der Ausdrückrolle (1) ein Sperrelement (10) angeordnet ist, dessen Durchmesser größer als der Durchmesser des Grundkörpers (2) in diesem Bereich ist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem äußeren Ende (4a', 4b') mindestens eines Walkelements (4a, 4b) und dem in axialer Richtung daran anschließenden Sperrelement (10) ein Zwischenraum (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdrückrolle (1) mindestens ein Mittelelement (4c) aufweist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (2) stangen- oder rohrförmig ausgebildet ist, und daß die mindestens zwei entgegengesetzt orientierten Walkelemente (4a, 4b) auf den Grundkörper (2) aufgesetzt sind.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Walkelement (4a, 4b) der Ausdrückrolle (1) und der Grundkörper (2) als integrale Bestandteile der Ausdrückrolle (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Walkelement (4a, 4b) aus dem Grundkörper (2) der Ausdrückrolle (1) herausgefräst ist.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (2) der Ausdrückrolle (1) durch mindestens einen axial verlaufenden Steg (8a-8c) ausgebildet ist, auf dem oder denen das oder die Walkelemente (4a, 4b) angeordnet sind.
- Ausdrückrolle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdrückrolle (1) als ein Spritzgußteil hergestellt ist.
- Reinigungsbehälter, gekennzeichnet durch eine Ausdrückrolle (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15.
